When Minh took Jen on their first date, he took her to a restaurant that specializes in fish. Jen doesn't like fish and they decided to just be friends.

Years later they found their way back to each other, when the timing was just right. Now, no fish (or ocean) could keep these two love birds apart. Thanks for letting me be a part of y'alls special day. Here are a few moments from their big day. Cheers!

In Jen’s words: A little over five years ago, Minh took me on a date and at the end of it I told him “let’s just stay friends.” Fast forward to that Christmas of 2013, he was on his way to Australia and texted me Merry Christmas. I told him let’s catch up when he came back. He took me out again and we haven’t been apart since. Early on in our dating he told me he was going to marry me and I laughed very nervously at him. I guess he knew something I didn’t...that we were meant to be together. These past five years have been the happiest and most colorful in my life so far. It has been filled with sooo much love and laughter and endless adventures thanks to my other half. I am truly beyond grateful to have this funny, wonderful, Spicy, man as my husband.
